Bad company stay away from Runway towing these people will scam you to the max they drive up and down the belt pwky all day trying to over charge innocent people that break down on the highway such bad people. I’m glad the workers are taking them to court good for them I hope they get what they worked hard for that’s great. I ran out of gas one day by exit 13 and they charged me 250.00 bucks to tow my car to the gas station I complained to there office manager Genette Martinez and she cursed me out and hung up on me they are scammers…

I think its a good idea for them to have cameras in the trucks, anything could happen good or bad but its nice that they have proof if needed
